Biography
Alessia Gravina, M.Sc. earned her Master’s degree in Molecular Health Sciences at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich, Switzerland) in 2016. In 2017, Alessia joined the Transplant and Immunobiology Lab at the University of California San Francisco in the United States. Her work is mainly focused on the understanding of the molecular mechanisms and the immunobiology of human and murine induced pluripotent stem cells and their derivates after transplantation. Additionally, she has a particular interest in unraveling the molecular mechanisms of cardiovascular diseases.
